Our History
Thangam Groups, run by the visionaries Mr. Jagadeesan and the Directors Mr. Thirunavukkarasu alias Raja and Mr. Arun Kumar sowed the seed of service in the field of education, in the year 2010 with the aim of nurturing global ideas through qualitative education blending global standards with rich Indian values.
Starting its germination with 48 students, and a building with 4 classrooms to accommodate the first batch of students doing till their grade IV who had the faith in the belief and ideology of the visionaries, which has now come true spanning over the years, gradually taking shape over half a decade raising to 10 classrooms and the first batch of students passing out with flying colours, till the New Admin Block, which was inaugurated by Dr. Mylswamy Annadurai, the Project Director of Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan.

With this bloom, now stands Thangam World School (TWS), spawning over acres and having around 250 students passing out each year, who have undergone unique learning experience of understanding the real world outside, through holistic education with nationally bench marked best academic practices that encourages them to excel in multiple discipline and this empowering the students of TWS to handle the challenges whatever the life throws at them.
Everything the visionaries have done is, strived to achieve what is right for the child in a joyful atmosphere with real understanding of the concepts, aligning with the mission of the school and giving quality education and knowledge for life, which is proved through the alumni who have become professionals in the fields of medicine, engineering, law and have become job providers having their own companies and yet come to visit their childhood arena, bringing pride to the institution.
