Nutrition Week

Nutrition Week at TWS is an exciting and educational initiative designed to promote healthy eating habits and raise awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition. Throughout the week, students engage in a variety of interactive activities that highlight the connection between good nutrition, physical well-being and academic performance.

The week features informative workshops and seminars led by nutritionists and health experts, offering valuable insights into the benefits of healthy eating. Students also participate in hands-on activities, including cooking demonstrations and healthy snack-making contests, where they learn to prepare nutritious and delicious meals.

In addition, the school refectory collaborates by offering an extra special balanced menus during Nutrition Week, allowing students to experience a variety of wholesome, tasty meals. To make the experience more engaging, there are also competitions, such as poster-making and food quizzes, that encourage students to explore the importance of nutrition in a fun and creative way.
